      Pros

      Michael Dockendorf the new President is really turning this place around. It is a New York Firm so if you are one of the boys it is quite fun. The guys that gave this place a bad reputation have left.

      Cons

      Lots of the guys will try and be your friend because they are not very good at their job.

      Pros

      partnered with some of the top VC firms and worked on some really interesting capital raises. Involved in numerous disruptive technologies

      Cons

      the sr. management is potentially on the verge of criminal activity in regards to how they distribute information and advise their clients. Management is street smart, but clearly lack the ability to run a VC firm/investment bank or whatever it is they want to call themselves.
