You are given a significant amount of responsibility and the opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders on meaningful projects. Management is very open to new ideas and actually implemented several of my process optimization proposals. It's a fantastic environment to apply technical skills like SQL and Power BI to solve real business problems and see the direct impact of your work.
Cons
The environment is very fast-paced, so you need to be a self-starter to keep up with multiple projects. While there is a lot of data available, some of the documentation for legacy data sources could be more comprehensive, which required some extra time for initial data discovery.
