- I am 8 months pregnant and informed that I might require 2 weeks on unpaid leave near the due date, I was terminated the next day. I had 90%+ performance and activity on their monitoring tool. Never received a warning. I was always appreciated on my work.

- They use tracking tools for performance evaluation, they take screenshots etc. My weekly productivity was never below 90% in 10 months duration. But the moment they knew I was pregnant they laid me off the very next day. All my accounts were deactivated without any prior notice. I didn’t take any leave no matter what my health condition was I wanted the job very bad and couldn’t go for a job hunt near my due date but they had no respect for anyone’s hard work or dedication.
- Micro management using tracking tools. No respect for anyone’s privacy or personal life.
- No matter how hard you work, they will not cater anything.
- During contract I was told that my salary will be revised after every quarter of 3 months. In 10 months I didn’t receive any upgrade even though I got positive feedback in my evaluations.
- One day due to internet I was not very responsive in the call, just once in 10 months and they said: “We pay you very good amount of money”. The amount they pay me was 1/4th of what the US market compensation is.
