Advanced Management Company has been my home for nearly 10 years. I started as a Leasing Consultant and worked my way up to Community Director. Throughout my journey, I have always felt supported in advancing my career and that support continues today. I’ve also had the pleasure of mentoring two Leasing Consultants who earned promotions of their own, which speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to growth and development. AMC truly provides the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to build a long term career. I’ve been fortunate to have a Regional Manager who has consistently supported me and helped shape me into the Community Director I am today. I’ve witnessed many colleagues grow within the company and achieve great success. The culture at AMC is truly exceptional. Leadership is approachable you’re known by name, even by the owners which creates a strong sense of value and belonging. With regular appreciation events and continued company growth, it’s clear that AMC is dedicated not only to excellence, but to its people.

I have worked for AMC for a total of 4ish years. I have never felt more cared for or given more opportunity for career growth anywhere else I have worked besides here with AMC. After being rehired in 2025 I made it a goal of mine to move up from my current position and get a position in management. Recently with the help of my manager, my regional and all the AMC training team I had completed the ACCD training program and was recently promoted to an Assistant Community Director. I could not be more thankful and excited for this next journey and It's all thank to the growth opportunities this company has to offer.
