Meaningful work that allows you to be part of something bigger than yourself. I have the chance to directly impact the resettlement of vulnerable Afghan refugees in America on a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) project. This summer, the company paid for a terrific summer picnic with catered food, games, music and just the opportunity to be together and build our team. The headquarters people always seem to be looking for ways to improve. They have a new snack program. They pay for PMP training. They have a high tech HR support portal with people who actually answer the phone to help you. I like that the CEO sends text messages to individual employees to check in with them. I like the new Lunch & Learn program.
