Pros

Pay is $20.00 per hour The position I got hired for was easy. I just sat on a table with clipboard in the shopping center and got paid for it.

Cons

There are some nice people I've met, but it's a toss up. HR is a hit or miss when it comes to true kindness or professionalism. As usual, there is SELFISHNESS involved and a bit toxic. The second part of the project was where the grueling parts happend. Not good. 8 hours outside in the harsh weather (sun or cold or rain, etc.) with only a 1 hour lunch break and they monitor you SO MUCH! Every 30 minutes, you have to tell them how many signatures you got! There's a daily QUOTA! Of how many signatures to get per day, per petition!

Pros

The campaign goals are good so you'll be doing important work. It's good money. Them paying for your flight, or bus if you live less than 4 hours from your campaign location, is legit. You get to spend nights and Sundays in a new city, unless you're a local which is better, if you have any energy left to explore it. (Everything else is terrible.)

Cons

I've done a couple of campaigns with them and the logistics team is not supported well enough by upper management so everything is a mess. On paper, you will be required to work Monday-Saturday, 48 hours, with the last 8 hours being overtime at 1.5x your wage. In practice, there will be more unpaid hours, with more or less unpaid hours based on how many signatures you get. Sometimes that's out of your control though if it's due to weather, being kicked from locations by managers, cops, or security guards all day, bad luck, etc. I started at $20 per hour, then $22.50, then they tried to set me back to $20, so I turned them down. The money is still good but unless you're a local (who they also pay a little bit more because they don't have to pay for your flight/bus or hotel), you'll be dropping your life wherever you live to go work a job that you probably won't like 6/7 days of the week. The hotels are also bad. Multiple times there have been bugs, no kitchenette to cook, and a tiny or no freezer. The last campaign that I did, the client didn't make a payment, so we all got laid off and sent home the next morning without any warning, messing up everyone's finances. Some people likely even lost money because they were only there a few days. I had bought groceries the night before. We got the layoff email at 8am and we were immediately getting on flights that they booked for us. We received nothing, like any type of severance pay, to help us weather the storm of instantly making no more money without warning, not even through any fault of our own. It was terrible. Only work pay-per-signature campaigns, and preferably with a different, preferably local, company which lets you make your own schedule. In summary, it is legit that they will pay for your flight (or bus if you live less than 4 hours from the campaign location) and a terrible hotel and the pay is good, but everything else about it is awful. They only pay for your flight or bus away if you complete the campaign, so you'll need to save and spend part of your wages on a flight or bus back if you want to leave before the end unless you're a local. I haven't met a worker that liked the company. Only people really desparate for money and hopefully don't mind leaving their life behind for weeks to months, or preferably live locally, should choose this terrible company.
