Great Management communication with employees Great work and home life balance Regular pay increases and opportunity to earn more and more Fantastic training for newbies and course prep for CNIM test Great company to begin or advance your career with! I worked for another company in the area and it's a night and day difference. Sometimes the grass is greener on the other side. :)
