Pros
Opportunity to learn and grow as the company grows. For the most part great people to work with. Mentored toward learning and education. Given opportunities most companies don't offer. APS is a small company that offers big company benefits such as education reimbursement, vacation time, sick time, bonuses for passing the American Payroll Association certifications along with a bonus. APS is always striving to make things easier for staff such as flexible work hours and understanding when additional time is needed off. Many of the policies have changed for the better since I first came to APS most of which have become better. This company is on the rise and with every growth spurt comes growing pains and challenges. I for one love a challenge.
