      Pros

      Company provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow professionally while making a real difference in the lives of individuals and their families/caregivers. Supportive and knowledgable managers. Must be willing to take direction and put forth effort to be successful but effort and dedication is recognized.

      Cons

      Lengthy learning curve if you aren't willing to take guidance and follow directions.

I agree that new staff members must be willing to put the time and energy into learning a new and challenging position.       Pros

      Case management is challenging but also rewarding. Management is very supportive and involved.

      Cons

      Case management is not for everyone. It can be very busy and you need to work hard. Must be able to multi-task and work independently but ask questions when needed.

      Pros

      The training for the position of case manager/rehabilitation specialist is rigorous and thorough. While much of my work was remote, I never felt that I couldn't get a question answered within minutes. I had excellent support and communication with my direct supervisor and team.

      Cons

      Much of the work is remote, which can be difficult if you are not used to working at home/alone. There is a good deal of driving which is also solitary and isolating.
