Pros
Leadership is on the front lines with the rest of us. It's a very collaborative team. Leaders here ask how should we do this rather than barking orders to do this or do that. We have a 4-day work which allows me a lot of time on the weekend to get everything done and actually have time to relax. The company always trying to do the right thing. The benefits are pretty good as well, no complaints here.
