Pros
None. Zero. The people seem nice but they are all bribed with free pies and the ability to wear jeans once a week. The job however is a minimum wage customer service representative position. If you're used to making 12 dollars an hour on the phone, work for this company. They will pay you 18. If you're a professional who has ever made more than 37k a year, this company is not for you.
Cons
This job is Customer Service Agent. They say Claims Processor in the advertisement and say you'll be interacting with doctors and surgeons. Then in the interview they tell you the job is "Claims Analyst" and spend a week training you to just spend all your time on a headset calling other companies all day. There is no interaction with medical professionals. You will be a glorified Customer Service Agent calling other Customer Service Agents all day long and logging the information in your tiny little cubicle amongst 200 other people doing the same exact thing.
