Unprofessional and unethical - IT Senior Director Advanced Research Center Employee Review

CEO is the first big issue. CEO have no clue of management no project development. CEO employ only immigrants so he can manipulate and disrespect them the way he want.(98% of the emplyees are asian and indian). CEO must understand that We are not in Africa, therefore the Strategy of Tribe in performing the work is not valid. CEO is out of his mind and will end up by getting hurt by the law.
