The fact there are several reviews from recent new starters demonstrates how dishonest the Directors are as the only new starters in the last few months are old employees who are best mates with the owner. There are no new fresh hires because they don't have any money to pay them. The company used to be absolutely amazing but the last year has seen a dramatic decline, 25 redundancies at a senior level of talent and all very unprofessionally managed. Many of the remaining employees are just keeping their heads down until the market improves and they can move on. Generally, staff on the whole are great people but everyone is scared to speak out incase they are suddenly made redundant too. Look elsewhere is my advice.
