Principle consultants getting promoted to management level with absolutely no ability of how to manage. Always felt the culture for a sales company was odd, highest billers weren’t really high billers compared to other businesses. The process of making a placement through the system and compliance team is one of the worst and drawn out processes I’ve ever seen.
