Some of the reasons that Advanced stands out is the room for personal growth and advancement. They prioritze every employees development from Upper Management down to Field Technicians. If you are a dedicated and dependable employee they will recognize that and provide opportunties to grow within the organization. They offer multiple training programs, mentorship opportunities and the chance to take on new challenges. Advanced is exceptional at keeping up with the times and implementing new forms of technology. It is a positive work environment and they take the company values and the culture very serioulsy!

Workload could be considered a con but I would rather have too much work than not enough.
