When I started, the company was already in transition to a more modern business model. There has been a change in management in certain areas, the work is exciting and modern, and there are now excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Currently, the business is fully onsite, but there is the flexibility to work from home when needed. Hopefully, that will change in the near future.

Really enjoyable, modern development practices, exciting features, modern tech stack, great colleagues and team. No doubt the company has had problems in the past, but things have obviously changed in the last couple of years. Also, excellent career opportunities, training and growth.

It's fully onsite working, but there is the opportunity to WFH when you need to. It gives me the flexibility I need.
