Pros
-Pays good for what you do which is basically nothing but watch people live their lives. -$1/hour raise on work anniversary. -Good place to start in Estate Security. -Management seem sincere but competence lacks sometimes. -They cover the cost of yearly requirements for certificates/permits.
Cons
-You get only 5 days of PTO/year (Paid Time Off). -No holidays off unless it lands on your normal days off. -You work with a group of four so its difficult to take time off without drastically effecting other co-workers schedule. -No real ladder to move up on, takes several years to be promoted to superivsor but after that theres no where else to move up to. -I do not participate in the benefits the company provides, but co-workers say it is rediculously over priced that they can afford it so they rely on the VA healthcare system for their medical needs.
