Everyone at the practice is supportive and kind and generally creates a good work environment.

Communication is a key part of the medical workplace. Providers at AAS need to work on this, as a lack of communication results in frustration and confusion, detracting from a positive and conducive work experience. Proper training for scribes through online resources and most importantly shadowing a former scribe would help new employees acclimate to the work environment and get a clear sense of the provider's preferences.
