Location close to my home, nice co-workers, great patients/families, easy to get hired due to high turnover rate, straightforward documentation
Cons
Poor department management, unprofessional owners, blatant favoritism between departments and individual therapists, unreasonable and inconsistent expectations, terrible benefits, only 15 HOURS of PTO annually, paid documentation time for some employees and not for others, insufficient treatment space depending on number of patients present at a given time, need to provide own therapy materials without reimbursement, frequent gossiping, poor orientation process, high therapist turnover (unrelated to proximity to military base), company/owner focus on expanding business and opening additional clinics rather than on improving work environment and therapist satisfaction, documentation system unreliable at times
