Pros
1. ATR gives you the ultimate in opportunity for advancement. I worked as a staff therapist for 6 years and was then given the opportunity to partner in a new clinic. Another 6 years later, I co-own 2 clinics and have reached career goals that I honestly never thought I would. 2. ATR does therapy the right way. They are focused on providing the best patient care possible. Providing a quality product is the only way to be successful in a private practice setting. They provided an excellent mentorship program and cover 100% of continuing education course expenses. If you want to be given the tools to become the best therapist you can be, you will find them here.
Cons
ATR sets high standards for their employees. High standards aren't for everyone. This isn't a place to come to work and just go through the motions. This isn't a place where you can come to work and just hide in the shadows of the people who are really invested in their clinic and invested in the patients who they serve. They don't really let you do that. If there isn't a plan to be personally invested and demonstrate genuine care and compassion for the people you treat, ATR might not be the place for you.
