Pros
It's like working with family, Albeit a bit dysfunctional. I get most of the medications, supplements, shampoos etc... that I ask for and know I will use. I get paid very well for a 3 day work week. (However, you know how this goes. I end up doing EMR 9-12 hours from home on my days off to catch up) At least I have remote access from home. That is a huge plus. The managers say I will have an Urgent Care/24:7 some day. That is my passion. I have to patient and I am not.
Cons
Inexperienced staff. Keep making the same mistakes repeatedly even after being talked nicely numerous times. Place is very phrenetic in the way it handles appointments. Many of the staff memebers are given other tasks that take them away from the doctor on duty. Inconsistncies of schedules for the staff. I think that is verys strange. How can people plan theri lives. Sometimes the staff does not know from week to week and sometimes day to day what their schedule is. This practice in undercharging for some things and grossly overcharging for other things.
