No cold calling and no door knocking. 5) Incredible company culture with a strategic mission-vision-values.

Highly recommend AWS to anyone. Great company that is continuing to grow.

Pros

It is rare that you find a company that has a set of core values and really takes them seriously. AWS is one of them. Integrity, Growth, Leadership, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Positive Attitude could just be a collection of words, but at AWS it is expected that everyone lives by these principles everyday. Like minds attract more like minds, and when you’re surrounded by like minded people that have a growth mindset you can only keep getting better every day. This concept is embraced here.

Cons

If you don’t want to live at your top potential, you won’t fit in. There is a lot of opportunity for career growth here, and it is earned not given.

Pros

Knowledge; they will give you a ton of product information and there is a VERY THOROUGH training process. You will never know less than your competition, and homeowners will appreciate the insight you can offer.

Cons

Constantly changing scripts; in an effort to be innovative, there is a never ending search for the perfect ‘sales process’. For some people, it may not be a con at all. However it wouldn’t be ideal for those sales reps who seek a looser structure where they rely on their own sales acumen.
