Pros
regular contract, salary in line with the role. Really no more. I know, in Italy this is much, but not acceptable anyway.
Cons
you have always to discuss to obtain your pto, every month you find your refund is not what they promise. No opportunities to grow, you are moved like a pawn where necessary, no mind if this is an interesting job or you just have to occupy a seat. No chance to obtain flexible work time. When asked, extra time is not paid.
