While here I have received excellent (and free) clinical superivision, training (free) in evidence-based practices, enough CEUs each year to maintain my credentials, and the ability to serve the most courageous clients. It is an honor to walk alongside them as they thrive. I've had oppportunities to learn and grow and be promoted here. staff turnover makes me sad sometimes I do believe that the extra work with map and prior auths do take up alot of time that could be spent with patient care .
