I've worked here for over ten years and had the opportunity to move up within the company. Their benefits are wonderful, state health insurance, up to 10% 401k match, PTO/state holidays, and supervision for those seeking licensure! The work is demanding and stressful at times but I truly love what I do and seeing the progress of clients makes it all worth it. I've been lucky to have kind and supportive supervisors while working here which has made a huge difference in my decision to stay with the company.

Pay was previously a con *but they are now reaching competitive salaries. Stressful at times, but behavioral health in general is often this way.

Education is important/ we receive this which helps\ Have gotten more familiar to AVATAR which helps me There were lots of coworkers and upper manangement who helped in this process of the change Melinda Howson is very helpful and when you need her she is there I love our nurse practitioners/ /they help us so much I enjoy so working with Josh and Shaundell with PSRG/ they help with so many things The front desk staff are simply the best/ that makes our jobs so much easier I love Village Pharmacy. They are always ready to help when needed The patients make me happy to be here and come to work / working with education and trying to let them know exactly what can be done to help with their treatment is worthwhile

staff turnover makes me sad sometimes I do believe that the extra work with map and prior auths do take up alot of time that could be spent with patient care .
