      Team prop each other up and spirit keeps you going Some unbelievably talented individuals with forward thinking ideas

      Cons

      Pace has become unmanageable, ambition is to be admired but spinning too many plates means something will inevitably drop

      Staff are very welcoming and friendly

      Cons

      Senior Leadership Team are shocking, they don't care about your mental health. They treat the teaching assistants as if they are not important. There is a definite divide between how SLT treat the teachers and support staff
