      - Good Culture - Good Training - A lot of Structure (Always helpful in your first job.) - Well respected local company

      - Not a lot of growth opportunity - Helicopter Management - Low Pay (40K base) - Terrible Benefits - Very unrespectful transition after putting in my 2 weeks.
