Horrible Company - Anonymous employee Advantage Technical Employee Review

Extremely cheap company. Don't like paying for things to get the job done right. But then complain when the place you clean isn't perfect. Company makes it known that they are a Christian company, but can gossip and lie constantly. Money matters more than employee well being. Horrible benefits, and no raises. The only way you can "move up" is if the lead janitor quits. After "moving up" to lead janitor, that's where you stay. The site you work at is extremely large, and you only work with one other person. The company does not care about how you feel about anything you go through while working for them.
