Pros

Competitive Pay Fully remote work

Cons

- Incessant nagging about unrealistic deadlines from management. - Management regularly ignore & dismiss staff recommendations on how to best maintain infrastructure. - Shocking lack of documentation for internal process and procedures. - Low quality help from overseas teams, more time spent teaching them fundamental & foundational knowledge than them spent actually helping - Company has proliferated a culture of more releases more often = better, when the team is struggling to keep up with the testing of these additional releases. Therefore the overall quality of the product is suffering - "Managers" have established a culture of delegation rather than support and enablement. Consistently dishing out tasks to less experienced staff members and telling them to "sort it out" without offering support of any kind. Setting new staff members up for failure, out the gate.

Pros

They provide good work, life balance with flexibility lots of internal training tools. I’m working with a good team of people.

Cons

Because they are private equity back and constantly acquiring new companies, they do have lots of re-organizational structure each year and lots of changes happen so if you’re not able to adapt and roll with the punches, it can be difficult
