- up front that this will be the most stress you ever work under. - honest about how they don’t care about your wellbeing - very direct about how they will challenge you to breaking point.
Cons
- it’s all about a number. Not the customer. Not the employee. Just, a number. - upper managers have no clue what’s happening in the trenches. Just what directors tell them. - want the best employees - but need to micromanage - they record everything you do and hold it against you. - middle managers forced to work huge hours due to timezones. - buy a company - make redundant - extra work for those left behind. - I was given 3 month notice and had to endure listening to how well things will be in a year.
