The company is the leader of a promising business, and the leaders of the company are pretty visionary. Small company of less than 100 employees in this location, where everybody knows each other. Friendly interpersonal relationship. The location is great.
Cons
The warehouse is hot due to the nature of this R&D. Somebody may not like the culture and weather in Miami area - it depends. The benefit is normal, and there is no stock bonus.
