Pros
Good Salary with PF, ESI and Medical Insurance
Cons
Even after moving to mid-level management, there are no clear KRAs, and you are still kept in production work. You may suddenly be added to projects under newly hired managers who have little or no experience (both onshore and offshore). There is a lack of transparency, and offshore management may hold grudges. HR does not consistently follow its own policies. Job security is low, and immediate relieving is common. Senior management (CAO/Directors) takes decisions that should normally be handled by SMEs or Team Leads. There is no proper training or development. Rewards and recognition often depend on how close you are to your supervisor, not on performance. POSH policies are not properly implemented. Female employees may face harassment after working hours. Male employees may be unfairly targeted by reporting managers, including inappropriate money requests or personal favors like pick-up and drop. If someone complains, they are often called for private discussions, and emails may not receive any formal response.
