Avoid at all cost! - Associate Director Advanz Pharma Employee Review

I got approached for an AD role by the Talent Acquisition team and I decided to apply. I got an offer, signed the contract and handed in my notice to my current company, which was 3 months. 2 weeks before I started my role, a very senior person called me randomly to say that my role was being made redundant due to restructuring. I was not able to go back to my company as it had already been 3 months! My career is destroyed, lost my sleep and faith in people!
