1) This Startup is based and registered in Jharsuguda,Odisha,India and its directors are so exploitative that you can't imagine. These people backstab those who become productive for the company. 2)If you join this company work moderately or low .Don't show them your true potential as these greedy people will never give a damn about your well-being ,rather they will try to exploit your good-honest and positive nature. 3)These people are so greedy and broke that they will hire freshers instead of skilled people and put all the responsibilities on freshers and pay them bare-minimum peanuts. 4)The work they will extract, will be of a guy with CTC 10-12 LPA. 5)They pay bare minimum peanuts CTC below 3 lakhs to freshers(but hire them as Software Developers) and force them to spend 13-14 hours a day to work and learn everything by their own ( remember no training is provided by company to save money) . 6) Be-careful of their bond system (illegal by labor act) ,they will not say about bond while hiring but after you join, they will force you to sign the bond. In case of freshers to whom they pay peanuts their bond amount is freaking 1 Lakh for 1 year (no, it does not decrease with each passing month, it is the amount you have to pay if you leave before completing 1 year +2 months notice). Whatever amount will be needed by them to strangle and keep employees from resigning themselves and leaving the company will be included in the bond . I think now they will put 1 crore as bond amount as their stupidity is increasing exponentially with every passing day. 7) The only way to get out of this mess is to keep low performance when you want to get out of the company , and then they will ask you to resign automatically . 8) If you try to ask any doubts to the so called "Solution Architect" who knows nothing technical and rather takes advice from the freshers, she will shout and yell rudely as if their company is a multi-billion dollar enterprise which is providing service to clients from all over the world. 9)They put all the blame on freshers for all the mis-haps in the company. 10) Clients ,read my review very carefully and make a wise decision . Do you exploit your employees in West or India ? If not then why choose these abusing people as your service provider? 11)These guys have done multiple scams like betraying Atos by stealing their clients but clients do you know these people are also registered in the US ?And that too where? Any guesses? Yes you are right , Wyoming Corporate Office LLC, the office where tens of thousands of shell companies are registered. For a bare fee of 10-20 dollars ,anyone can register their company in the US. This corporate office hosts thousands of scam companies who ship fraudulent products to consumers but consumers can't do anything against these shell companies. So I am not sure the same will not happen to you and you have to come to India and involve US authorities if any scam happens with you. Do you want to involve in this hectic problem and give that important project of yours to some untrusted startup business or give it to some reputed MNC? 12) Never be honest and truthful while dealing with these illegal/dumb/lazy people. They will ruin your future but if they have already then you can use your brain and pay them back dearly(not in terms of money). 13) You will not learn any skill by working with them ,rather if you spent some time coding and building project on your own or freelancing you will get a better skillset. 14) I did not want to waste more of my time writing and thinking about this idiot startup as I have already wasted considerable months working hard for them but I had to as I am not selfish and my one review may save many people from falling into this hell-hole. 15) Right now this company is running out of funds and is soon on the brink of bankruptcy ,so you may not even get salary on time. Beware!!!
