Pros

Not even a single pros are there

Cons

Overall, the organization lacks proper structure and management. Most processes are unorganized and poorly defined. • Despite commitments, employee cab facilities face frequent issues. There is no pickup/drop for single employees, no prior information about drivers or cab mates, and no defined routes, causing daily inconvenience. • Job security is a major concern and widely known across the organization. However, senior management often projects a misleadingly positive image and pressures employees to believe otherwise. • The company is among the least employee-centric organizations, with minimal focus on employee well-being or long-term growth. • Meal facilities are provided, but the food quality is consistently poor and does not meet basic expectations. • Office politics is prevalent at an extreme level, which negatively impacts teamwork, morale, and performance. • The organization follows a hire-and-fire culture, creating constant uncertainty and stress among employees. • Lack of transparent communication from leadership further adds to confusion and dissatisfaction.

Pros

It’s remote. You will get okay PTO if you negotiate, but you’ll never be able to take it.

Cons

Do not join this company unless you enjoy pain and suffering as a lifestyle. You’ll be expected to do literally everything with zero support—basically like being handed a sinking ship and told to “row faster.” The technology? A glitchy mess. The reporting? Pure fiction. The ERP? Imagine trying to run a marathon in flip-flops—it’s that useless. Work-life balance doesn’t exist here. Think of it more as “work-work balance” because that’s all you’ll be doing. Every task is the hard way, because apparently “inefficient chaos” is their official business strategy. And the benefits? Oh, you’ll love their generous retirement plan: a whopping $1,000 a year 401k match. Don’t spend it all in one place—maybe you can treat yourself to an oil change or half a plane ticket to nowhere.
