I had a manager, and from my knowledge there were only two that served the pool of medical receptionists. Mine seemed spread too thin, often wouldnt find out about my specific locations til night before or sometimes MORNING OF where i had to be. On the morning of scenarios, it was mondays and they never sent the information on the friday. It was a floating position so alot of moving to different offices, which means different hours. One time i had to request a mileage cover and they never paid me, plus I had unenrolled from the health plan where they still took out my money from the checks. The manager was always nice and regretful if they messed up but its frustrating. I here orlando health is better at paying and managing their similar role.
