      Pros

      Some of the managers/directors are very nice and caring. Sometimes the work/life balance was good.

      Cons

      Like most places, some of the managers don't really have good managerial skills and shouldn't be in that position. Sometimes the workload was too high.

      Pros

      AdventHealth has a very welcoming, mission-driven culture with a strong focus on extending care through Christ. The campuses and office spaces are very nice, the compensation is competitive, and the community feels supportive. My early experience has been positive, organized, and encouraging.

      Cons

      I am still early in my time here, so I do not have many negatives yet. Like most large organizations, there is a lot to learn during onboarding, including systems, processes, and how different teams work together.
