Leadership changes over the last year have been questionable. HR leaders were “removed” by promotions and replaced with leadership that has been less effective. There is no meritocracy when it comes to promotions, just be in with the bosses and brown nose. I won't call out names, those within our walls know.
No accountability across teams—backstabbing and finger-pointing are common.
Leaders prioritize self-promotion over supporting employees or advancing the mission.
Don’t be fooled by the “mind, body, and spirit” messaging. The culture doesn’t reflect it.
Feels more like a staffing agency than a mission-driven organization.
Lots of intimidation from leaders. They lead with fear and not compassion. If you make a mistake, you are belittled and made to feel worthless.
You aren't supported on voicing your opinion. They tell you to voice your opinion, but do not mean it.
Alot of great people have left the org or have been pushed down the org hierarchy in favor for those who fall in line.
