Very poor management, particularly in HR. Poor leadership, poor attitudes, bad example. Seventh Day Adventists get preference for advancement and there is little to no room for anyone else to advance. Very young, inexperienced Adventists will get leadership roles and they are clearly unable to lead. The organization is not receptive to new ideas. Think very carefully before pursing a career here.
