      For the most part, good coworkers

      Cons

      12-13 hour shifts with maybe a 30 minute break if you're lucky Stressful working conditions Floating to other units mandated that you're not trained for Management don't care if you're overworked. They just sit in their offices and have meetings about how to improve things but don't actually implement anything Health benefits are extremely expensive and not very good....Amazon has better benefits

      Pros

      Decent pay, but doesn't make up for how you are treated

      Cons

      All they care about is money. Doesn't matter how physicans or surgeons treat you. If you get fed up and finally defend yourself you are the one who is made to look bad. For a religious place and what their service standards are.. it goes against everything that actually happens. No accountability. Bad nurses are able to stick around while good ones get pushed out.
