      Lots of career growth opportunities; other nurses on the unit are super helpful and have a great teamwork mindset!

      Cons

      Management styles varies between units and hospitals, leaving unclear expectations and roles for NICU nurses and the rest of staff at times.

      Pros

      Decent pay, but doesn't make up for how you are treated

      Cons

      All they care about is money. Doesn't matter how physicans or surgeons treat you. If you get fed up and finally defend yourself you are the one who is made to look bad. For a religious place and what their service standards are.. it goes against everything that actually happens. No accountability. Bad nurses are able to stick around while good ones get pushed out.
