Overall, I’d say the pros are the people, the purpose, and the opportunities. I feel valued, challenged, and supported — which is why it’s been such an enjoyable role.

Honestly, I really enjoy my current role — the team, the work, and the culture have all been very rewarding.
I loved my co workers. I was able to learn being in the position I was in.

Management. Not a clean environment. Rude. Promises aren't kept. Workload is insane especially if you're lucky enough to get on a schedule with people who should've been fired long ago, for so many reasons. I've watched co workers cut corners, not cleaning patients like they should. When I, more than once, told someone higher up than myself.
