Healthcare can be a challenge

None that stand out at this time

Lower wages than other healthcare organizations. They are not preferred providers /in network with the medical insurance they provide the employees. The "clinical ladder" they are so proud of is a farce. They tell you that you can receive a certain percentage more in your wage for completing tasks on the ladder, but fail to tell you that the wage increase is only temporary and after the end of the year, your salary drops back down and you have to start all over again.
