Pros

No pros just you learn extra about Amazon ads..

Cons

All are cons only, if you want to join him after watching his youtube videos then you are going to hell by your decision, totally different person than social media... Viral is third class and garbage (GHATIYA) person..... You don't believe he have a team of around 5-6 peoples as per his work load but within 3-4 months he hired and fired more than 8-10 peoples and also behave with them too dirty..... I can't explain here.... If you want to experience working with him then you join him and come here after 1 month to read my review and you will say you are right....

Pros

Working here as an Amazon Ads Specialist has been a game-changer for my career. The company is fast-paced, client-focused, and gives you a real sense of ownership over your work. From Day 1, I was trusted with meaningful responsibilities and exposed to high-growth brands, which sharpened my skills in ad strategy, full-funnel performance, and client communication. What truly sets this company apart is the leadership. They foster a transparent, meritocratic culture where ideas are welcomed and execution is everything. Weekly performance reviews, clear KPIs, and structured feedback loops ensure you’re always improving—and getting recognized for it. There's also a great mix of autonomy and mentorship, which makes it ideal for self-starters. Tools and processes are strong, and there’s a constant push for innovation. The company isn't afraid to experiment and iterate quickly. You’re surrounded by a driven, high-performing team that genuinely wants to win together.

Cons

If you're someone who prefers a slow or rigid environment, this might feel overwhelming. The pace is quick, and expectations are high. But if you're ambitious and thrive on ownership, it's a dream role.
