Pros

The benefits as well as the work environment are wonderful at all branches. Lets start out saying Advia pays for you to take a two week training class before you go on the floor to do your job. You start out making much more then minimum wage and you get raises as well as incentives based on your performance every quarter and year. After six months of working for Advia you automaticity get money put towards your 401K even as being a part time employee. You also get many hours of PTO based on how many hours you work. As well as PTO hours you also get volunteer hours which is where you get paid to go volunteer around your community. Another pro is there is so much room for movement and growth within this company. As for students go whether you are part time or full time here they are wonderful at working with your schedule. Also there is also a way for Advia to pay for your schooling depending on your time here and what you're going for. I am probably missing so many wonderful things to say, because Advia is definitely a great company to work for and has so many benefits. Anyone here can see that they take really good care of their employees!

Cons

The only downside I can think of as being a teller in general is that this job is about 80% sales. Yes we of course love helping our members save and make money but sales is the biggest way in doing that. Not only is meeting numbers and goals a huge part of this job but you have to make service calls when you can. This is all wonderful things when it comes to helping our members but if sales is not for you I don't recommend being a teller. There is very few cons when it comes to working for Advia though.

Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

Cons

Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
