Layoffs hit the majority of the company abruptly (absolutely no notice or severance). - Little-to-no benefits (no health/dental insurance, no 401(k), no significant perks other than their unlimited PTO policy, very low annual bonus). - Very little training— if you’re new to sales you may struggle with this.

Remote, no one really bothers you during the day

Communication was terrible. It felt like they made a lot of false promises to advisors and then just ignored negative reviews. They also absolutely spam people with emails.
