Underpays virtually all depts. of company, from development, to support, to sales. My payplan was slashed multiple times while I was at the company. If we're growing so much, how come you're giving me less money? None of the people who work at Advice&Solutions LLP have ever been a financial advisor, and idea what it is to be a financial advisor, or what a financial advisor would want in a software program. Let's not even bother to talk about how financial adivsors themselves are some of the slimiest people on the planet, and if you work for this company all you'll be doing is incrementally helping people bilk others out of their money. The management solutions and in-roads to sales growth were founded on no facts, no logic, and no experience. A try and see approach with the well being of others hanging in the balance. The company puts you in a little box and anything outside of that box is not allowed. It's the equity company's format. Well, when we went to mgt. with feedback from customers or users, we were not just ignored, but told that we were being either negative or not focused. While I was at Advice&Solutions LLP, I had my direct supervisor tell me that I won't make a lot of money at this company. Why as a salesperson would I stick around? That day, I decided to find a new job. As a SALES person, you go to work everyday to do one thing- make money. So at that point, Advice&Solutions LLP and I were at an impasse. Since then many others have left too. Do NOT work here. At any level. In any department.
