High turn over, has not paid my last pay - Executive Director AdvisaCare Employee Review

Poor leadership, high turn over, no structure, no training even when asked if I could go elsewhere to train, told you'll figure it out as you go. When I left I've still not gotten my last check and no one will even answer my texts or emails about it.
