I feel like we have hit our stride and it has only improved in culture, process, product, etc year over year great benefits - vacation days are respected and encouraged to take supportive team and true camaraderie (applies pre-covid) fun environment to work in great partnership with Franklin Templeton makes for success
Cons
growing pains like any startup - esp with resource constraints but we are hiring like crazy now growth opportunities could be better but with any growing organization comes more opportunities and formalities for promotions, etc. not any real cons I could think of
