Smaller company with great interaction with company management

Smaller company means smaller benefits. Raises are hard to come by.

There are no pros for working here. I would not recommend it to anyone that I know. They do have a great product.

There is very poor communication, the salaries are low, and raises do not happen. There is a culture of micro management and input from employees is not considered.
